This was an incredible experience...to other people, it's just a gutter cleaning, but for me this was my mother's house, and she passed away unexpectedly...my... husband and I have just moved in, and want to take care of it the best we can...the gutters were overflowing and little trees had started to grow...somehow, talking to Brennon, but not telling him how important this was, he knew there was something more...Jersey and Alvaro took care of us, and right off the bat, they were kind and friendly...Jersey explained what they were going to do, and got right to work...and they really worked! They even blew the leaves off the roof, so they wouldn't fall into the newly cleaned gutters! And Jersey cleaned the walkway, which was special to me because I don't walk very well...I have tripped several times because I couldn't see where I was going, and the walkway is uneven...he didn't know that...From start to finish, this experience has blown us away...we will be keeping up with the gutters every year! We had a great experience with SmartWash. I called and requested a quote and they had someone come out a couple hours later the same day to look at our roof. I... really appreciated that because another company quoted and didn't even look at our roof first. SmartWash also guaranteed 5 years on our roof and another company said a roof should be washed every 6 months. They washed our entire roof and house and it looks completely brand new. I've worked with SmartWash before as they did a dryer vent cleanout for me and they did a good job. I also had them quote the house washing but the house was... not ready for it and I did some work on my own. They just finished washing the house, cleaning my stone work that had clay from the original house construction, and they cleaned my solar panels. It was great having a professional crew out. They had the right products and tools to get the job done faster and better than I could. The house looks great - the trim work, naming my white wood soffits looked bad and now they look great. They also got >95% of the clay off the stone which is much better than what I was getting with cleaner and high pressure washer. My solar panels look great and I expect to get more output from them. They did this all in about a 1/2 day. They showed up on time and they listen to you.read more

I am very late getting this review done, but late is better than not at all. Last summer SmartWash did a washing of the eaves, gutters, and other vinyl... trimmed surfaces at my two-story home. The whole process from getting a quote to scheduling and performing the work went very quickly and as promised by the company. The results were very good in most areas. The higher gutters and eaves were still a bit dirty, but I had not had them cleaned since we bought the house in 2004. They were very dirty. The surfaces closer to the ground, such as roof trim on a screened porch were very clean. The technician was very courteous, careful, and diligent in performing the washing. The price for the work was a bargain. I would highly recommend this company for any project that does not require a high-pressure wash.read more
