Our founder, Brennon Williams, has been taking care of people since he was twelve years old. He caddied at a country club in Ohio, carrying bags for members with high standards. The bags were just bags. The real job was making sure every person who walked off that course felt like someone had their back. That lesson has never left us.
Years later, Brennon was sitting in the courtyard of a corporate office building when he watched a window cleaning crew work the glass above him. Something clicked. He remembered what it felt like to work outside, to work with his hands, to put a real smile on someone’s face. In 2008, he started a small window cleaning company from scratch. He built it, grew it, and sold it in 2016. Then he moved his family to Tennessee and started again, this time with nearly a decade of hard lessons behind him. That company became SmartWash. Since 2017, we have been serving homeowners and property managers across Knoxville, Farragut, Hardin Valley, and the surrounding communities of East Tennessee.

We run four skilled technicians in the field alongside our Operations Manager, who handles scheduling and communication. We are intentionally lean because we would rather do fewer jobs right than more jobs fast.
During every soft wash, one crew member’s only job is to keep your landscaping, plants, and surrounding surfaces protected. We pre-wet your plants before we start, rinse them during the process, and rinse them again when we are done.
Most jobs are quoted the same day using satellite imagery and real estate photos, so there is no waiting around for a site visit and no wasted time on either end.
